In mid-2017, Chef Ayb’s observed her grandmother boiling Paragis grass (Eleusine Indica) to relieve her rheumatic arthritis and swollen feet. Intrigued by this traditional remedy, Chef Ayb’s began researching the numerous health benefits of Paragis grass.

 

As Chef Ayb’s delved deeper into her research, she discovered that Paragis grass could offer a wide range of health benefits. This revelation motivated her to find a way to make these benefits more accessible to everyone. Understanding that boiling the grass was time-consuming and inconvenient for many, Chef Ayb’s sought to develop a more user-friendly solution. She experimented with various methods and finally created Paragis tea in convenient tea bags, ensuring that the natural benefits of Paragis could be enjoyed effortlessly.

 

Chef Ayb’s initially shared her creation with family and friends, who quickly recognized its positive effects. At that time, Chef Ayb’s was still employed and produced the tea part-time. However, the growing demand from her close circle inspired her to consider transforming her passion into a business.

Starting with limited capital, Chef Ayb’s pursued her dream with unwavering determination. She began with a modest investment and ensured all necessary legal documentation was in place. Relying primarily on word-of-mouth advertising, Chef Ayb’s also leveraged social media to reach a broader audience.

 

A pivotal moment occurred when a client personally visited  Chef Ayb’s to express gratitude, sharing that the Paragis tea had significantly improved her mother’s health after 20 years of illness. This touching testimony affirmed Chef Ayb's mission to promote wellness and natural healing.
