I started taking Chef Aybs' Paragis in October 2022 because I want to address my blood sugar noong mga time na yun at sabay ko sila iniinom with my maintenance meds. My FBS HBA1c at the time was 165 & 6.9, then it went down to 141 & 6.7. After 3 months it was 114 & 6.3 then last October 2023, I had my last lab exam and the result was surprising it was 98 and 6.0 which meant that my blood sugar was normalized. I stopped taking my maintenance meds that time and until now my blood sugar is normal and I can enjoy the food I wanted to eat without worrying because of Chef Aybs' Paragis. My eye grade went down from 220 to 200. I lost 7 kilos of my weight from 85 kilos, now I'm weighing 78 kilos. I now sleep a full 8 hours and that's all because of CHEF AYBS' PARAGIS. THANK YOU GOD.

SKL. Grabe, yesterday tumaas BP ko. 130/80. Sabi ng company doctor, Hypertension level 1 na daw yun. Grabe takot ko for someone na diabetic. Then uminom ako ng paragis tea maghapon tsaka PMG Caps and Gold Capsule before bed and before work. Kanina nag pacheck ulit ako ng BP at back to normal na 120/75 na BP ko.
